About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PS Consultant with expertise in project management processes within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the SAP Project System (PS) module to support business operations. This is a remote position based in Lisbon, with occasional travel to Europe as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • SAP PS Configuration & Maintenance – Configure and manage the SAP PS module to align with project management best practices in the automotive sector.
  • Business Process Analysis – Analyze project management requirements and design tailored SAP solutions.
  • System Integration – Ensure seamless integration between SAP PS and other modules (MM, SD, PP) to optimize data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Project Management Strategy – Develop and implement strategies to enhance project planning, execution, and compliance.
  • User Support & Training – Provide training and technical support to end-users, ensuring best practices and system efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution – Diagnose and resolve system issues related to SAP PS functionality.
  • Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of system configurations, workflows, and business processes.
  • Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process optimization.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

  • Proven experience in SAP PS configuration and management, preferably within the automotive industry.

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of project management processes in the automotive sector.
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP PS configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, and PP modules is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Certifications & Language Requirements:

  • SAP Certification in PS or related modules is a plus.
  • English fluency is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in manufacturing and project management within the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with conducting workshops and user training sessions.
