Our core business is advisory and support individuals and families to gain more freedom and flexibility through global mobility, investment opportunities, and tailored citizenship programs.Our multicultural and multilingual team has a wealth of experience in several countries offering citizenship and residency through investment programmes and Relocation services for both Individuals and also assisting Corporate needs.#THEROLEWe are seeking an Tax Assistant, for our Lisbon Office, with expertise with client relationship management, provide technical consultancy to individuals or companies in the scope of tax planning, to tax compliance as well as the tax impacts of mobility and migration.#ABOUTTHEJOBPreparing and submitting personal income tax returns.Preparing other relevant tax returns (Social security and VAT tax returns).Issuing rent and green receipts for clients.Assisting with tax representation obligations by identifying and sending notices to Clients and assisting with client’s communication.#ABOUTYOULaw Degree with proven experience in tax law.Registered with the Bar Association (mandatory).Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken at a professional level) - Spanish is a plus.Minimum of 1 year handling tax returns, .Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a structured team process.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented, ethical, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.Ambitious, proactive, and driven to deliver excellence.#OUROFFERCompetitive compensation in accordance with experience but above current market average.Join a multidisciplinary and culturally diverse team working with cross-country programs and solutions.Informal and highly dynamic environment.Fast-paced, highly structured and dynamic business environment.Training and support for personal and professional development.Opportunities to grow your career in a new and expanding field.
