**Job Title: Finance & Admin Assistant**

(Part-time | Remote + Lisbon)

Raiz is a startup working at the intersection of urban agriculture and food tech. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and independent person to support our financial and admin operations — helping us stay organized as we grow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Keep payment records up to date and organize corresponding receipts
- Enter expenses, invoices, and payments into Google Sheets
- Send monthly documentation (statements, receipts) to our accountants
- Support monthly tax payments (Social Security and Finance Portal)
- Manage invoices (issuance, filing, and marking as paid)
- Help configure billing profiles and product details (e.g. new clients)
- Work in close contact with the founding team and CEO
- Organized, meticulous, and proactive
- Basic experience with Google Sheets
- Fluent in Portuguese (required) and English
- Based in Lisbon or familiar with the Portuguese tax/accounting system
- Available to work around 20 hours per month

**Bonus Points For**:

- Experience with invoicing platforms (e.g. Moloni, InvoiceXpress)
- Basic knowledge of accounting or tax in Portugal
- Ability to communicate with accountants and meet monthly deadlines
