IT Finance Manager

We are seeking a Manager IT Finance to lead IT finance operations across Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Accounting & Controlling, and Investor Relations, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and value from IT investments. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT finance specialists and analysts. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee daily team operations, set clear goals, and manage performance reviews. Collaborate with IT operations and service management teams to deliver high‑quality IT services and performance. Ensure financial and contractual implications of major incidents are evaluated and managed. Develop processes to minimize financial risk and exposure related to IT disruptions. Oversee IT financial contracts, including negotiation, renewals, and compliance. Manage relationships with key IT vendors and service providers. Ensure all contracts align with budgetary constraints and corporate governance. Provide senior management with accurate reports and assessments. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements. Implement governance frameworks for IT finance, contracts, and incident‑related financial risk. Monitor project progress and risks, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure project managers or product owners own the projects. Ensure proper resource and capacity management within the team. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, ITIL, CIPS) is an advantage. 7+ years of experience in IT Finance, financial management, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of IT operations, incident management processes, and vendor/contract management. Proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Result orientation, influence & impact. Strong leadership capability, executing as appropriate across all responsibilities. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms.
