What you will do. A glimpse in your role: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to support our IT Finance Manager in delivering accurate, timely, and efficient financial and procurement operations for the technology organization. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate across IT, Procurement, and Finance functions in a dynamic, multinational environment. Every action has an impact. You will make a difference here if: Procurement & Purchase Order Management Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle Ensure accuracy and compliance in PO and invoice processes Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies between POs and invoices Project Portfolio Support Assist with setup and financial tracking of projects in the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system Support project managers with accurate financial monitoring Vendor and Contract Management Maintain a centralized contract database for all IT vendors Monitor contract renewals and support negotiation and documentation processes Ensure audit-ready documentation for compliance Audit and Compliance Contribute to audit readiness and implementation of compliance controls Assist during internal and external audit processes related to IT financials Reporting and Analysis Develop ad hoc financial and procurement reports Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field. 2 years of experience in accounting, vendor management, procurement or administration Proficiency in advanced English.
