Estamos à procura de um/a Operations Manager para um dos nossos hotéis em Lisboa.
Do que serás responsável?
- Supervisionar e liderar a equipe de operações, incluindo supervisores de departamento e pessoal de serviço.
- Coordenar as operações diárias dos diferentes departamentos do hotel.
- Garantir que todos os procedimentos operacionais estejam sendo seguidos de acordo com os padrões de qualidade e segurança estabelecidos.
- Implementar melhorias contínuas nos processos operacionais para aumentar a eficiência e a satisfação do cliente.
O que procuramos?
- Experiência prévia de pelo menos 5 anos em funções de gestão operacional na indústria hoteleira, preferencialmente em hotéis de luxo.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderança e capacidade para motivar e orientar uma equipe.
- Fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade para tomar decisões rápidas e eficazes.
- Orientação para o cliente e comprometimento com a excelência no serviço.
- Diploma universitário em Hotelaria, Administração de Empresas ou campo relacionado (preferencial).
