You will be responsible to:

  • Accountable for local Learning & Development, including implementation of Hovione Academies
  • Develop a comprehensive training strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including functional representatives, managers and HR, to understand specific training needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Create annual training plans based on identified needs and available resources.
  • Incorporate different learning methodologies and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of the relevant programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to measure effectiveness and ROI, while gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders for continuous improvement
  • Select and manage relationships with external training providers when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance related training is completed, by engaging with the relevant stakeholders and by providing regular reports on training activities, completion rates, and effectiveness to management.
  • Master ́s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Typically requires 57 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, including Learning & Development area.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices, including learning principles and methodologies, and can effectively share them with others.
  • Proven experience in leading others, including matrix context and/or crossfunctional teams
  • Experience in Project Management (following on deliveries against project plan, risks, mitigation actions,) is a plusSolid understanding and knowledge of the full training cycle
  • Skilled at managing complex processes and tools, including the design and review of established processes.
  • Ability to analyze data related to training, including training program effectiveness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team (and within project / crossfunctional teams)
  • Familiarity with change management principles to facilitate the smooth adoption of new initiatives.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement.
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package
