**Job Description**:
Understand the unit's action plan and actively contribute to achieve unit goals; Identify and analyze the reasons for contacts and their root causes, reporting them in a structured manner; Be an active partner in supporting solutions for root causes that will provide concrete benefits for customer and employee satisfaction; Maintain and develop extracts and reports of the data; Provide useful reports for all contact methods at different levels, enabling the unit's management team to easily follow up; Identify the causes and effects of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction and propose actions to improve their experience; Monitor customer behavior trends that may affect operations and provide suggestions on how to react to them; Take the initiative for self-learning and development within your area of expertise.

Good understanding of contact center operations and how the business is conducted, as well as a good understanding of all aspects of the omnichannel buying experience at IKEA; Strong analytical, statistical, and numerical skills, as well as a keen attention to detail; Ability to identify risks and opportunities through analysis; Experience in projects and the ability to organize yourself and make efficient use of your time; Expert in gathering and analyzing data and creating structured and understandable reports for end-users; Advanced level of Excel (mandatory) and knowledge of other tools like Power BI; Leadership profile, with potential identified to guarantee the succession plan; Good communication skills, both in your native language and in English.
