QUEM ÉS TU
- Tens boa compreensão das operações do contact centre e sobre a forma como o negócio é realizado, bem como boa compreensão sobre todos os aspetos da experiência de compra multicanal da IKEA;
- Tens boas competências analíticas, estatísticas e numéricas, assim como boa atenção aos detalhes;
- Tens capacidade de identificar riscos, oportunidades a partir da análise;
- Tens experiência em projetos e capacidade de te organizares e de fazer um uso eficiente do teu tempo;
- És especialista em recolher e analisar dados e em criar relatórios de uma forma estruturada e percetível para o utilizador final;
- Tens nível de Excel avançado (obrigatório) e conhecimentos noutras ferramentas como Power BI;
- Tens boas capacidades de comunicação, tanto a nível da língua materna como do inglês.

**Um dia da tua vida na ikea**
- Compreender o plano de ação da unidade e contribuir ativamente para o cumprimento dos objetivos;
- Identificar e analisar os motivos dos contactos e as suas primeiras causas, e reportando-os de uma forma estruturada;
- Ser um parceiro ativo no apoio às soluções para as primeiras causas, que irão oferecer vantagens concretas para a satisfação dos clientes e dos colaboradores;
- Manter e desenvolver extratos e relatórios dos dados usados na unidade;
- Proporcionar relatórios úteis para todos os métodos de contacto em níveis diferentes, permitindo que equipa de management da unidade faça o follow-up facilmente;
- Identificar as causas e efeitos da satisfação e da insatisfação dos clientes e apresentar ações para melhorar a sua experiência;
- Monitorizar as tendências do comportamento dos clientes que possam afetar as operações e proporcionar sugestões sobre como reagir a estas;
- Tomar a iniciativa pela própria aprendizagem e desenvolvimento dentro da sua área de especialidade.
