Who you are

  • Good understanding of contact center operations and how the business is conducted, as well as a good understanding of all aspects of the omnichannel buying experience in retail environment.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and numerical skills, as well as a keen attention to detail;
  • Ability to identify risks and opportunities through analysis and present them to different stakeholders for decision making;
  • Ability to organize yourself and make efficient use of your time;
  • Expert in gathering and analyzing data and creating structured and understandable reports for endusers;
  • Advanced level of Excel (mandatory) and knowledge of other tools like Power BI;
  • Strong communication skills, both in Portuguese and in English.
  • Ability to lead business through people by demonstrating high leadership capabilities.
  • At least 3years of experience in this kind of job.

A day in your life with us

  • Understand the unit's action plan and actively contribute to achieve unit goals;
  • Identify and analyze the reasons for contacts and their root causes, reporting them in a structured manner and present to different stakeholders;
  • Be an active partner in supporting solutions for root causes that will provide concrete benefits for customer and coworkers satisfaction;
  • Maintain and develop reports;
  • Understand, share and monitor customer behavior trends that may affect operations and provide suggestions on how to react to them;
  • Be an active partner in working with global analytics team;
  • Take the initiative for selflearning and development within your area of expertise.
