We are building a world class team and would love you to join us. As a Lead Cloud Engineer you'll be part of an agile project team working with all the infrastructure pieces of a system. From writing code to provision infrastructures to driving root cause analysis, all while making sure you have fun learning and building things.

You will also be guiding the team on DevOps methodologies and best practices, and have very close contacts with CEO, COO (others) from client side, so english must feel as second nature to you :)

National and international expected traveling time varies according to project/client and organizational needs: 0%-15% estimated.

Requirements

You are good at

  • One or more programming language such as Ruby, Python, Bash or JavaScript,
  • Roaming around Linux/Unix systems and pinpointing problem root causes
  • Understanding how the Internet and Web applications work under the hood
  • Metrics, logs, distributed tracing and everything around observability
  • Configuration management frameworks such as Ansible
  • Maintaining applications in a production environment
  • Being self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team or company purpose
  • Comfortable with DevOps methodologies and best practices

You rock at

  • Experience using Cloud provider AWS.
  • Containers and orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes.
  • A solid understanding of CI/CD independently from the tools ( Github and Jenkins are a plus)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and it's tools, such as Terraform/Terragrunt
  • Experience using GitOps with Argocd.
  • Experience with Leading a team on DevOps best practises.
  • Very comfortable with English and having conversations with C-Level from client side (CEO, COO, CMO, CFO)
  • Feeling humble and motivated by being able to learn/teach others
  • Being self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team or company purpose
