As Partner of Choice, Global Business Services (GBS) delivers digital solutions and customer-oriented business services for companies in various areas like Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and more. In Portugal, we have a diverse team of over 1000 people from 50+ nationalities, offering services to 80+ countries.
Explore GBS: The Hire-to-Retire business line offers innovative Human Resources services throughout an employee's lifecycle - from onboarding to off-boarding. We specialize in HR Administration, Payroll, Equity & Benefits, and more.
Join Us: Your role involves tasks related to Human Resources Administration for Siemens BeNeLux, including:
- Data and employee lifecycle event management;
- Organizational structure management;
- Travel & Expenses audits and support;
- Front-office HR customer support.
We Seek:
- University degree in Psychology, HR, or related fields;
- Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Knowledge of Workday and SAP (a plus);
- Team player mindset with a strong customer focus;
- Reliability, organization, autonomy, and excellent communication skills;
- Motivation, resilience, and problem-solving skills;
- Flexibility and multitasking capabilities;
- Experience in Agile environments.
