A MANPOWERGROUP, líder mundial em serviços de Recursos Humanos, encontra-se a recrutar um Talent Management Support para o seu cliente prestígio, na área das Energias.

Procuramos um ativador de talento dos canais comerciais e equipas técnicas B2B.

Pretende-se que orquestre as dimensões que potenciam o contributo individual, desde o seu recrutamento, passando pela integração, capacitação e desenvolvimento de competências.


Responsabilidades:

Gestão das dimensões do ciclo de vida dos colaboradores externos:

  • Ativação e controlo do processo de recrutamento, em articulação com os Prestadores de Recursos Humanos Parceiros, com base numa plataforma de Applicant Tracking System.
  • Seguimento e otimização da jornada e da agenda de integração dos novos colaboradores.
  • Definição e implementação do percurso formativo.
  • Gestão do modelo de avaliação de desempenho e respetivo plano de desenvolvimento.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura preferencialmente em: Economia, Gestão, Marketing ou Recursos Humanos.
  • Capacidade de planeamento e organização.
  • Capacidade analítica e de solucionar problemas.
  • Experiência na utilização de ferramentas analíticas e colaborativas (Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams).
  • Forte capacidade para criar empatia e relações interpessoais.
  • Capacidade de organização e planeamento.
  • Proatividade e capacidade de solucionar problemas.
  • Orientação para a concretização de objetivos e sentido de urgência.
  • Domínio da língua inglesa.

Condições:

  • Contrato de trabalho;
  • Vencimento base atrativo + Subsídio de Alimentação
  • Computador + Telemóvel
  • Formação inicial e continua
  • Plano de Desenvolvimento Individual

Horário:

  • De segundafeira a sextafeira, das 09h às 18h.
  • Local: Escritórios da EDP
  • Av. 24 de Julho
