The
Digital Global Unit (DGU) is an area of
EDP SA and its mission is to challenge the organization to think differently and go beyond, in a context of increasingly frequent and faster technological, economic and social changes, creating and disseminating a digital friendly culture, favorable to the development and experimentation of new solutions that create value for the various stakeholders of the EDP Group.

To support us in this role, we intend to recruit for the
Strategy&Architecture department.

Main responsibilities:

  • Data & AI

Community Enablement:
Nurture and empower the Data & AI Community through effective communication, engaging events, comprehensive on-boarding, structured learning paths (including advanced "black belt" training and upskilling), all aimed at nurturing a strong sense of community and attracting talent;

  • Data & AI
Forums facilitator: Facilitate the global and platform forums dedicated to Data&AI according to strategy;

  • Data & AI
Collaboration facilitator: Ensure coordination/collaboration among DGU areas and CDO/DO business structures, fostering the allocation of specialized profiles in supporting IT Polos/Hubs, Digital, Tech Leads for data solution design, adoption of tech. platforms, guidelines, and reference architectures, in coordination with Str&Arch;

  • Data&AI teams
  • Strategy, Governance, Arch&Eng.

Looking for people with the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Management, Economy, Computer Science, Information Science, Data Science or similar;
  • More than 8 years of professional experience in similar functions;
  • Experience in:
  • Change management practices in IT context;
  • Promoting the sense of community between technical and management roles understanding their goals and needs;
  • Preparing global events (e.g. Data&AI week), strategic communications, training
Knowledge how to monitor the impact of enablement program.

  • Strong focus on value realization, people enabling and engagement, collaboration, communication, and strategic vision soft skills.
