- Manage all the legal needs from the Company;
- Draft, review and validate contracts and understand corporate, compliance and other needs, including administrative ones;
- Support different departments and proactively find solutions;
- Stay updated on changes in Portuguese laws, regulations, and industry practices;
- Build communication and awareness applicable policies, including the Code of Conduct & Business Ethics;
- Collaborate across all lines of business, including country based legal counsels, human resources, finance, business operations and other stakeholders to execute on programmatic initiatives and/or remedial measures, and to ensure such measures are promptly implemented.
- Degree in Law;
- 2 years experience in a business context;
- Knowledge of IP and health regulatory law (valued);
- Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken(mandatory);
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage and foster key stakeholder relationships and collaborate with teams across the business;
- Problemsolving skills, strong dynamism and proactivity;
- Direct contract with the client;
- Integration in a highly motivated team and an international environment;
