We are seeking a
Marketing Program Manager for
Acolad Life Sciences.


As a
Marketing Program Manager, you will
be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives,
responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing programs that drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth.


You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, ensuring that our programs align with our business goals and resonate with our target audience.

Your
creative mindset and
data-driven approach will be instrumental in shaping our marketing programs for success.

Main responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture corporate relationships through strategic participation in companysponsored events, trade shows, conferences, and professional associations. Develop strong ties with press and media outlets.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs to enhance awareness of Acolad's band and its valueadded services within the industry.
  • Oversee endtoend event planning and logistics, ensuring exceptional event experiences and measurable return on investment (ROI).
  • Contribute to the regional marketing plan, encompassing events, accountbased campaigns, and digital initiatives aimed at targeted engagement and lead generation.
  • Provide detailed reporting on event and campaign performance, analyze results, and suggest enhancements for future initiatives.
  • Manage client contact databases, personalize direct mailing campaigns, and foster positive relationships with both current and potential clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce to monitor lead progression, gather feedback, and adjust plans to meet targets effectively.
  • Collaborate with partners and execute joint channel marketing campaigns to broaden outreach and impact.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • A completed bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years' experience in marketing, ideally in B2B or highly regulated environments.
  • Previous experience in global marketing programs or digital marketing.
  • Fluent
    English
:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across crossfunctional teams.
  • Growthoriented and resultsdriven, with a strong understanding of demand generation, lead generation, and accountbased marketing strategies.
  • Experience with
    CMS tools.
