Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you

Interviews (the average number of interviews is - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team:
your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.

We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you.

hybrid position based
in Lisbon.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
-
Support the Business & Data Global Products Department in managing its Quality of Service and ensuring compliance with processes.
-
Utilize Operations Process and Service Now Tooling for Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and IT Asset Management.
-
Conduct transversal Quality of Service monitoring for the Department,
including KPIs, reports, analyses, improvement plans, governance, and arbitration

Coordinate and implement process and
Service Improvement Plans.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? *-
At least 5 years' experience in the field.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
-
Expertise in Service Management or similar supporting Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Asset Management.
-
ITIL Foundation Certification (v4 preferred, v3 accepted).
-
Proficiency in ITSM Tooling on Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Asset Management (
Service Now preferred).

  • Proficiency in
    English
