Recruitment Manager/lead/country Lead

The Recruitment Manager/Lead/Country Lead will be responsible for leading and executing the recruitment strategy, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team across 3 countries.
This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the hiring needs of the organization
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing coaching and guidance as needed
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external recruitment partners
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices related to recruitment and hiring
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Spanish is considered a huge advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment management (within BPO), with a proven track record of success
- Eligibility to live and work in Portugal
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational, a real can do attitude and exemplary client management skills
- Demonstrated experience with recruiting software and tools
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Understanding of local laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field ideal.
