Inviting applications for the role of Advertiser & Customer Support Specialist – Process Associate – Spanish – Hybrid Lisbon
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide consultative support to customers
- Ensure highest level of customer service and represent the brand
- Assume ownership and assist clients in growing their business
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries
- Investigate complex issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with teams to enhance customer service
- Offer feedback for improvement
- Stay informed about client's products and industry best practices
- Adapt to policy changes and uphold standard operating procedures
Qualifications we seek:
Minimum Qualifications / Skills:
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
- High School education or above
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of social media products
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Familiarity with social media and Digital Marketing
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Data analysis experience
