Data Analyst to help us harness the full potential of our extensive data resources.

Must-Have (Requirements):

  • Data analysis experience (min. 2 years)
  • Strong understanding of business processes and objectives to align analytical efforts with organizational goals.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights considering broader context and correlations.
  • Proactive in addressing business challenges and proposing viable solutions.
  • Excellent skills in translating complex findings into understandable insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Expertise in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Capacity to evaluate information objectively and make sound judgments; ability to signal significant data changes (e.g., traffic drops) to the team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts and the ability to work with technical teams.

Good to Have (Bonus Points):

  • Knowledge of the Digital Media and Digital Marketing industry.
  • Experience with advanced analytics techniques and tools.
  • Experience with machine learning to derive insights from data.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
