Digital Marketing Analyst

What will you do?

This position is responsible for producing, maintaining & improving reporting for the French market of our digital ecosystem supporting growth effort on b-to-b organization, under the supervision of the EU MSDC Digital Analyst.

The perimeter is to support Marketing & Sales organizations of all segments in France and share best practices with other regional MSDC (Marketing & Sales Distribution Centre) throughout the Sodexo Group.
- Adapts and delivers End to End funnel dashboard reporting through Google Data Studio & Salesforce B2B Marketing Analytics dashboard, Piano, Datorama & MDM.
- Follow and analyse all digital ecosystem performance and interdependency on social media, marketing automation, website, salesforce, all growth support platform.
- Produce dashboard, aligned with search optimization, content, digital marketing peers and leverage all reporting tools capabilities.
- Create the Annual Go-To
- Market Reports, the Quarterly Go-To
- Market Reports, the Monthly reports and ad-hoc reports (campaign results, etc.) for all stakeholders.
- Train local teams to drive user engagement. Liaise with France segments to regularly monitor and report on campaign performance.
- Align with the MSDC team members to define/improve reports based on their needs. - Depth of technical understanding necessary to understand what is currently possible and what is emerging on analytics world.
- Issue recommendation and tactic improvement lead based on analysis.
- Understand search intent and its analytics add-on. Understanding persona behaviour (e.g., informational search, commercial investigation search, navigational and brand search) to support the digital marketing director, search optimization specialist, content director & web director on their daily task.
- Optimize tagging solution within the digital ecosystem to guarantee coherence, locally & globally. Ensure relevant documentation to all technical & business request to build a CoE on reporting to be leverage globally.
- Flag any dysfunction regarding conversion & tagging maintenance. Collaborate with work done on comparing leads (MQL to SQL), opportunities and closed/won deals sourced.

What you'll need to succeed?
- Graduate in Management and/or Marketing
- Very strong analytics skills
- Proven track record in search optimization achievement
- Ability to work internationally
- Ability to manage and work with Sales, IT, Procurement, Creative Center, Digital and Communication teams
- You have the sense of teamwork and sense of service
- You have a very strong analytical and synthesis skills as well as a very good level of oral and written communication
- You are curious, critical and interested in the technical aspects
- You have an excellent relationship
