Gerador de leads – Houzit Portugal Localização: Lisboa, Portugal A Houzit é uma empresa imobiliária de alta tecnologia que está a revolucionar o sector imobiliário.

Somos uma start-up de sucesso fundada por especialistas com mais de 10 anos de experiência no sector imobiliário, com uma presença estabelecida em Espanha, operando nas três principais cidades: Barcelona, Madrid e Valência.

Estamos agora a expandir a nossa presença em Portugal, abrindo o nosso primeiro escritório em Lisboa.

Posição:

Gerador de leads Requisitos:

  • Experiência de pelo menos 2 anos no mercado imobiliário local.
  • Empreendedorismo, determinação e excelentes capacidades de comunicação e de negócio.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar ao telefone, e também em atendimento, promovendo os nossos serviços para desenvolver a nossa base de dados de imóveis.
  • Competências tecnológicas.
  • Domínio da língua portuguesa e inglesa Aptidão para o trabalho em equipa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Identificar e contactar potenciais clientes no mercado imobiliário local.
  • Promover os serviços da Houzit de forma eficaz e persuasiva.
  • Construir e manter relações positivas com clientes actuais e potenciais.
  • Contribuir para a expansão da nossa base de dados de imóveis.
  • Colaborar com a equipa para atingir os objectivos de negócio.
