Job Description:


The Market Research & Analytics Specialist will be part of the Commercial Operations Team and will partner closely with Sales & Marketing and other teams to ensure they have appropriate reports and insights to make data-driven decisions.

This position will be responsible for creating and updating reports and dashboards, performing market research activities, analyzing competitive landscape, and collaborating with other units needing data expertise.

Key activities and functions for this role include, but not limited to:

  • Conduct market research activities
  • Initiate and follow thirdparty assessments to be conducted in market research vendors
  • Support and coach the Sales & Marketing Team on appropriate analytics to address key strategic questions
  • Participate in strategic discussions and support the local organization with relevant insights
  • Create and update customertailored reports and dashboards
  • Good understanding of IQVIA & HMR databases and reporting tools and man
  • Extract data from relevant datasources (SAP S/4 HANA, IQVIA & HMR tools)
  • Train internal stakeholders in analytical tools
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand the needs of Departments/Business Units for focus areas and the organization as a whole
  • Automate and simplify already existing processes and enhance efficiencies
  • Present business insights to internal stakeholders
  • Relate and understand different types of sales data (internal sales, sellin and sellout) for a better inventory management
  • Analyze key stakeholders performance versus target
  • Calculate credits to be issued to wholesalers
  • Use SharePoint to centralize local organization reports and manage end users' accesses according to their roles and responsibilities
Education, Skills & Experience Required

  • University degree from accredited university

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2 years in pharma industry and experience in Data Analytics
  • Experience using problem solving and analytical skills to identify business solutions
  • Proven experience in a customerfocused environment
  • Experience developing analytical tools
  • Experience handling unstructured data and formulating reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with IQVIA or HMR analytical tools will be plus
  • Familiarity with programming languages will be a plus
