The purpose of the role is to increase our income through developing new and existing relationships with partners (Estate Agents, IFA's, Property Portals)Job Overview:

Key Performance Area's
- New Partner Acquisition
- Prospecting and pipeline management
- Pitching and proposals
- Agreement and contracts management
- Partnership Development
- Lead generation from partners
- Partner management through visits and communications
- Performance management
This is a business-to-business role and the key to success in this role entails working with new partners and introducers to generate leads through building and nurturing effective relationships.
Critical to this role will be the ability to develop both internal and external relationships as this role will encompass working closely with the internal sales and trading teams.
The position should be an ambassador of our Smart values
Requirements:
- Proven Track Report of consistently hitting KPI's
- Consistently demonstrates the Smart Values
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing Campaigns desirable
- The ability to influence and drive performance
- Experience of working in sales environment, as this is a New Business Sales Role
