About the Role:
As a Sales Center Manager, you will lead the asset, focusing on team management and profitability. We're looking for someone versatile, capable of envisioning a commercial strategy and executing it.

Your commercial acumen, determination in issue resolution, attention to detail, and team management skills are crucial to succeed in this role.


  • CLOSING - Drive and close sales through various commercial activities. For the initial phase, a commercial plan will be developed to achieve the goals set for the center's opening, and this strategy will be executed in conjunction with the General Management and the Marketing team.
  • MANAGING - Complete asset management. Vendor management, quality standards control, supervision of business results and objectives, and team leadership.
  • CARING - Be attentive to the needs and requirements of the workers. Intervention in complex customer service cases oriented towards resolution. Ensure an excellent customer experience during their visit to the center.
  • Minimum of 2 years in asset management, preferably offices.
  • Education in business management, commercial/marketing, or tourism.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM. Knowledge of Pipedrive is a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience in achieving short-term results.
  • High customer orientation and results-driven, strategic sales vision.
  • Comfortable creating, analyzing, and reporting results weekly.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint at a user level.
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Proactivity and autonomy.
  • Central schedule from Monday to Friday and availability some Saturdays per month, as per center's needs.
  • Interesting conditions comprising fixed salary + variable according to objectives.

  • Working in the best office in Lisbon, with a gym, cafeteria, and panoramic terrace.
