Mission of the Role:
  • Lead the cross functional team for FordEurope display programs from business win to launch reporting to the Chief Program Engineer (Senior Program Manager)
  • Ensure successful launch of European display programs (cluster and centre stack displays)

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Lead the cross functional team
  • Track project status closely, resolve or mitigate risks
  • Ensure business financials exceed baseline
  • Conduct program gate reviews on time
  • Provide weekly reports to the next level manager

Key Objectives:
  • Create and execute project work plans (Configuration Management Plan)
  • Manage resources in collaboration with horizontal managers, manufacturing, and others
  • Effectively resolve day-to-day operational aspects and project scope
  • Manage project risk through mitigation planning
  • Support Project team in monitoring and reports
  • Ensure less experienced team members utilize Project Management effectively
  • Prepare for project reviews and quality assurance procedures
  • Ensure completeness and appropriateness of project documents
  • Monitor project status and review Current Model activities with stakeholders

Required Experience/Skills:
  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Fluency in English, German proficiency is a plus
  • Knowledge of automotive electronic products
  • Results-driven, market-aware, technologically adept
