O que vai gostar de fazer

  • Serás responsável por gerir a documentação dos clientes para efeitos de faturação e resolver problemas de faturação
  • Assim como cumprir os objetivos de faturação estabelecidas mensalmente
  • Comprovar e validar que todas as faturas são geradas de acordo com as instruções recebidas
  • Irás cumprir os objetivos de processamento documental estabelecidos mensalmente
  • Comprovar e validar dados e garantir a sua correta introdução no sistema
  • Organização de documentos para entregar aos pacientes e clientes
  • Darás suporte à área comercial na resolução de dúvidas e obtenção de dados
  • Contactar pacientes no sentido de alertar para prazos de vigência e renovação de prescrições
  • Preparar e analisar/validar listagens solicitadas pelos clientes
  • Controlo e perseguição das renovações de prescrições, de forma a assegurar Compliance e baixas no fim de cada tratamento

  • Tens uma licenciatura(preferencial)
  • Tens experiência de 2 anos em funções similares
  • Consideraste uma pessoa espírito critico, dinamismo e tens uma visão de melhoria continua
  • Tens um perfil analítico e conhecimentos avançados de excel
  • Falas fluentemente espanhol (obrigatório) e inglês (preferencial)
  • Gostas de comunicar e gosto pela resolução de problemas

O que oferecemos

Esta função é uma posição em tempo integral com contrato limitado. O horário de trabalho semanal será das 8:00 hrs até 17:00 hrs.
