Responsabilidades

Garantir o Sucesso na Adoção: Assegurar que os novos clientes da E-goi alcancem os seus objetivos ao contratar os nossos serviços. Isso inclui facilitar a compreensão e a autonomia em relação às funcionalidades da plataforma e garantir que possam adotar o uso da mesma de forma eficiente em um curto espaço de tempo;

Foco nos Benefícios do Produto:Destacar o valor e os benefícios imediatos de nossos produtos;

Orientação Baseada em Melhores Práticas: Fornecerás orientações práticas baseadas nas melhores práticas do setor para ajudar os clientes a tirarem o máximo proveito dos produtos e serviços que adquiriram;**:

  • Formação Prática**: Facilitarás a formação prática sobre a tecnologia específica que o cliente está a adotar, permitindo a total compreensão do uso e dos benefícios da nossa plataforma.

No que tange a Implementação em si**:

  • Cumprimento de Prazos
    : Garantir que a data de término da implementação do Onboarding seja cumprida, fazendo com que o cliente esteja totalmente integrado e pronto para utilizar nossos serviços no prazo determinado;:
  • Execução de Implementações e Integrações**: Certificar que todas as implementações e integrações definidas sejam executadas com sucesso, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com as equipas técnicas e de suporte,

Colaboração com diferentes equipas internas para a definição do objectivo, timings e recursos necessários relativamente aos diferentes projectos de implementação;

Identificação de riscos: Mapear situações que possam impactar no projecto de implementação e desenvolver estratégias de mitigação e gestão desses casos;

Na relação com os clientes, deverás, ainda:

  • Explicar aos clientes, com clareza, quais as diferenças entre Customer Success (CS) e Suporte Técnico, bem como as diferenças entre Suporte e Consultoria Técnica. Isso ajudará a garantir que as suas expectativas se encontram ajustadas em relação aos diferentes tipos de suporte disponíveis.
  • Adotar, sempre, uma comunicação transparente. Assim, assegurarás que os clientes tenham uma compreensão clara do tempo definido de Customer Success contratado, para além de esclareceres com clareza relativamente às expectativas ao integrar um eCommerce com a nossa plataforma.

Perfil

  • Experiência prévia em funções de implementação (preferencial), sucesso do cliente, ou gestão de projectos;
  • Fortes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de gestão efetiva de expectativas do cliente;
  • Conhecimento técnico ou capacidade de aprender rapidamente sobre nossa tecnologia e produtos;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa e positiva em equipa, coordenando a interação com diferentes interlocutores (internos e externos);
  • Aptidão para comunicar fluentemente em português e espanhol, assim como com diferentes públicos;
  • Noções de Marketing Digital;
  • Forte orientação para o cliente e para o cumprimento de objetivos;
  • Espírito proactivo e com um mindset de questionamento contínuo.
