Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Part-Time Finance and Administrative Support.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, has a knack for numbers, and enjoys providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:

Handle Invoices:
Process and manage incoming and outgoing invoices efficiently

Customer Support:
Provide exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Manage Customer Accounts:
Oversee customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information

Contract New Suppliers:
Negotiate and manage contracts with new suppliers to ensure optimal utility expenses for our apartments

Control Bank Movements:
Monitor and control bank transactions to ensure financial accuracy

Other Daily Tasks:
Assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business

Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
