St Julian's School is currently recruiting an Admissions Helpdesk Assistant. The holder of this important role will be a key part of the Admissions team at St. Julian's School.

About St Julian's School

  • We are conveniently located within walking distance of Carcavelos train station, with direct access to central Lisbon and Cascais.

Application requirements
Mandatory

  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese
  • An international mindset
  • Have outstanding communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to stay calm and prioritise in a busy and multitasking working environment
  • Knowledge of our school or previous experience in other schools would be a major plus
Desirable

  • Admissions and / or administrative experience, ideally in an education environment;
  • Experience working with management systems / databases;
  • Experience working in a multicultural and international environment;
  • Experience working with the public.
