Role Overview:

As a French Customer Agent youll provide excellent service to our clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone email and chat.

Youll collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide application support primarily through inbound calls assisting with inquiries about usage and credit status. Analyze customer needs personalize interactions and guide them through financing options. Address account creation and balance management inquiries fostering lasting relationships and seizing commercial opportunities. Inform customers about service features manage files diligently and adhere to safety regulations.

Qualifications:
Native French B2/C1 proficiency in
