Purpose: Provide 1st and 2nd level SAP support in FI-CO to users worldwide.

Your responsibilities:

  • User Support: Help users troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues;
  • Incident Management: Track and resolve incidents using a ticketing system following established procedures;
  • Change Management and Upgrades: Support in planning and executing system upgrades, patches, and improvements;
  • User Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions and create user guides to enhance user understanding;
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with different teams to address issues and enhance system functionalities;
  • Build a Global Knowledge Base: Participate in developing a knowledge base to support end users and innovate IT support within LIXIL.

Your qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Master's or bachelor's degree in finance or engineering;
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in SAP FI-CO as a user or key-user;
  • Skills: Solid understanding of SAP FI-CO modules and processes;
  • Languages: Proficient in Portuguese and English (B1/B2 level);
  • Customer-oriented: Ability to provide exceptional service and maintain positive customer experiences;
  • Continuous Learning: Desire to improve SAP knowledge and technical skills;
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
