Adecco Portugal is searching and hiring Spanish and English fluent speakers for a position of Order to Cash Analyst

  • French and English speaker M/F for its' client, a multinacional management and consulting company.

Description:

Value Creator:

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned
  • Execute to standard processes and take recommended actions to achieve metrics
  • Execute continuous process improvement techniques
  • Decrease 'costtoserve' by execution of cost initiatives
  • Ensure internal/external client satisfaction

Business Operator:

  • Seek first time quality through self audit for accuracy, timeliness and completeness of work
  • Demonstrate ability to execute solutions for levelappropriate issues
  • Engage in issue resolution procedures and follow escalation processes
  • Update and maintain various systems/tools per standard process documentation which may include:
  • Execute transactions;
  • Audit own data entry for accuracy & make needed corrections;
  • Conduct data verification;
  • Respond to various requests for information, as needed. Escalate to supervisor as appropriate;
  • File, archive and retrieve documents (paperbased and electronic) using filing standards;
  • Respond to information requests by searching, summarizing research results and compiling in requested format;

Requirements:

  • Experience or Administrative/Financial Academic Background
  • Problem Solving & Escalation Management
  • Data Quality
  • Customer Interaction Handling
  • Metrics & Reporting
  • Organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues
  • Time management and administrative skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external/client communications with assistance.
  • Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent or Advanced English and French
  • Team player with interpersonal skills

Offer:

  • Contract with Adecco HR with the maximum duration of 6 months;
