Job Description:

Join our team in Lisbon as an experienced Order to Cash (OtC) Specialist. You will collaborate with a group of around 20 professional OtC colleagues, managing end-to-end OtC processes. The Specialist will primarily focus on Accounts Receivables / Cash Application in a regional scope.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure services are delivered according to agreed Service Level, Controls, and Governance
  • Manage process risk by following policies and internal controls, ensuring compliance with OtC guidelines
  • Maintain accurate standard operating procedures and internal control documentation
  • Support process improvement and best practices implementation
  • Work with auditors to ensure audit compliance
  • Provide training and ensure timely delivery of work outputs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process efficiencies
  • Maintain detailed process documentation in coordination with the OtC Global Process Owner

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in OtC processes
  • Experience in Cash Application systems and automation
  • Proficiency in Customer Account Complex Reconciliation
  • Experience in Credit analysis
  • Experience working in regional or global teams
  • Ability to monitor operational activities and ensure service quality
  • Experience with process improvement projects
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Financial background with accounting experience
  • Proactive in implementing new processes
  • Experience using SAP R/3 (Valued: SAP S/4 HANA)
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
