The Work You'll Do


The Order to Cash Specialist will work as part of the European Finance Team and will report to the Billings Manager Europe.

Primary duties will include ensuring customer and sales cases assigned to the finance queue are processed accurately and on a timely basis across our UK and European entities as per Salesforce and NetSuite quote to cash process.

Other duties will include working closely with our collections team to resolve customer requests and with the wider finance team in completing our month end close process.

Communication both written and verbally is vital in this role, and you will be required to work closely with our global sales teams and with our customers alike in resolving their requests, whilst being able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of finance.


  • More specifically:_
  • Monitor and action any Finance related corrections or queries assigned in the cases queue
  • Raise corrections and/or adjustments in the accounting system
  • Resolve cases and provide a timely response to the client or internal stakeholders
  • Update all customer invoicing portals with our invoices as required each month
  • Work with the collections team to resolve customer queries on a timely basis
  • Work closely with the global sales team to provide financial support as required
  • Assist as required in the monthend close process
  • Work with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Act with integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders
  • Take on full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate initiative, drive and determination to achieve results, success and growth

What We Need From You

  • At least 2 years' experience working in finance department is desirable and/or finance graduates studying towards professional qualification.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • NetSuite/Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills essential.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in a structured environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence and good judgement.
