We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department.

What do you do in a day?
- Contact customers, if necessary, in order to obtain information to proceed with the customs clearance of the goods.
- Other administrative tasks inherent to the function.
- Assist team leaders and staff with routine departmental tasks.

What do we expect from you?
- Previous experience in a call center environment preferred
- Intermediate level (B1) of the English language (written and spoken) preferred
- 12th year course preferred
- Fluent in Portuguese language
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Results orientation

- Team spirit
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 13:0021:00
