**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of this team
Do you like working in a dynamic and stimulating environment with new challenges to solve every day? Do you consider yourself a person with ease to act in complex situations and with established deadlines?

**What do you do in a day?**
- Contact customers, if necessary, in order to obtain information to proceed with the customs clearance of the goods.
- Other technical and administrative tasks inherent to the function.
- Assist team leaders and staff with routine departmental tasks.

**What do we expect from you?**
- Previous experience in a call center environment - preferred
- Intermediate level (B1) of the English language (written and spoken) - preferred
- 12th year course
- Fluent in Portuguese language
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Results orientation
- Problem solving
- Team spirit Work schedule: Monday-Friday - 09:00- 13:00-14:00
