Your Main Activities Are

  • Reverse Inquiry Flow
  • Picking up Client requests
  • Liaising with trading to get prices on requested products
  • Interacting/Negotiating with Clients to close transactions
  • Operational Control
  • Interacting with Clients to finalize their onboarding
  • Making pretrade validations to ensure trading is allowed (Compliance / Credit / etc.)
  • Posttrade tasks
  • Finalizing booking of Traded deals in the Sales upstream system
  • Interacting with our internal MO to BO chain, regarding any traded deal
  • Interacting with Clients and Client Services, regarding any traded deal
  • Digitalisation / Transformation
  • Continuously escalading feedback and improvement ideas to increase streamlining of the workflow
  • Improving conversion ratio of high touch flow into Lite flow

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Management or similar fields
  • Understanding of flow products and ETFs, exposures, the financial industry at large, market impacts
  • Solid grasp on MS Office suite and VBA proficiency
  • Fluency in English both oral and written
  • International culture, ability to support team members.
  • Focus, precision and initiative
  • Ability to handle the pressure of a demanding fastpace environment.

  • Based in Lisbon, the Premium Flow sales trading desk covers clients jointly with onshore regional sales on Listed and OTC Equity Derivatives as well as ETFs
