In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing sales strategies to ensure the company meets its strategic goals.
You will also play a key role in defining these strategies from a managerial perspective.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Planning and Organization:
Analyze market trends to plan and organize sales activities effectively
Pricing Policy:
Collaborate with the marketing department to set competitive pricing strategies
Team Leadership:
Supervise and lead the commercial team to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent performance.
RequirementsProven experience in a commercial director or similar role.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
