As a ServiceNow Solution Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading an international team of developers and technical consultants to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and align with the organization's IT strategy.

You will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to your team while ensuring successful delivery of projects within deadlines and budget.


Key Responsibilities:

- ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and guidelines.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to ServiceNow developers and technical consultants.
  • Coordinate code reviews and ensure the quality of technical deliverables.
  • Define and maintain platform technical governance policies (such as developer guide)
  • Ensure platform health and manage platform operations, supported by ServiceNow's Impact program

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow expert, thereof 2+ years of experience as Team Lead
  • Strong technical understanding of ServiceNow platform, including administration, development, and integrations.
  • Proven experience designing and architecting complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and developing a development team and managing project deliverables.
  • Hands on experience in implementing complex integrations
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently to develop solutions.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Certifications:

  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
  • Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
  • Certified Application Developer (preferred)
  • Certified Technical Architect (preferred)
