YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for motivated Service Desk Analyst to integrate a project for one of our clients.

  • Provide initial support and attempt to resolve incidents at the first point of contact, leveraging knowledge bases, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting techniques;
  • Respond to customer inquiries, clarify their issues, and gather relevant information to facilitate incident resolution;
  • Provide information, advice, and assistance to customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents within agreedupon service level targets or as per defined priorities.

Initial training will be provided in order to ensure that every employee have the set of skills needed to perform the job.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • At least B2 level at French and English.
  • Experience with customer service (service desk/call center/helpdesk).
  • IT background: windows, network knowledge, SQL server or Oracle database knowledge.
  • Availability to work in shifts (in person on business days/hours; remotely on nights/weekends).
