YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a driven Service Desk Analyst to join a project for one of our clients.

  • Offer initial support and strive to resolve incidents promptly, utilizing knowledge databases, standard procedures, and effective troubleshooting methods.
  • Address customer inquiries, clarify their concerns, and collect relevant details to aid in incident resolution.
  • Provide information, guidance, and support to customers on standard services and service catalog offerings.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents within defined service level agreements or according to established priorities.
  • Apply problem-solving strategies to identify root issues and contribute to the problem management process.

Initial training will be provided to ensure that all employees possess the necessary skills for the role.

YOUR PROFILE

Proficiency at a B2 level in Finnish and English languages is a requirement.
