Join our Transcom family as a German Customer Service Assistant*- Managing pending situations: exchanges, complaints, returns, among other issues.

  • Registration in the system of all requests/changes indicated by the client.

What are we searching for?

  • Ability to generate empathy in a written form; Good communication and argumentation skills;
  • Customer orientation and resolution of issues presented;
  • Good computer skills in user's perspective (mandatory);
  • Speak and write German, level C1 (Eliminatory)
  • Speak and write English, level B1 (mandatory)
  • Ability to manage time and meet objectives.
  • Reside within a 30 km radius of Greater Porto.
Requirements for the position*- Availability to work Monday to Saturday;

  • Availability to work between 09:00 and 20:00;
  • The schedules are rotating fortnightly;
