Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager - HVAC is responsible for developing relationships with a targeted group of customers (Consultants, Properties, Architects), in conjunction with Business Objectives and engaging customer's staff and ensure that the key people are kept up to date with our products, services and showing them which applicability Samsung products have.
This includes regular review meetings, technical and promotional support.Key responsibilities:
Develop strategic plan for assigned key accounts.
Negotiate templates and promotional plans.
Plan and implement marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing department.
Identify new business opportunities.
Analyse and manage the profitability of your clients, with a view to possible budget investments.
Attract and manage client portfolios.
Carry out forecasts.
Carry out sales visits and presentations of the company and its services to the assigned accounts, according to the established guidelines, in order to try to develop or increase the company's client portfolio.

Knowledge of the product market
Ability to recognize the needs of the costumer ( this is key to offer them the best solution, normally each consultant use to work in the same kind of projects)
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
English fluency will be considered
This position requires travel to consumer and non-consumer sites within the assigned area
Profile (experience):
2-5 years' experience in the HVAC industry
IT literate, familiar with MS Office packages specifically Excel, and CAD skills
Proactive and well organized, capable of handling multiple tasks with tight deadlines
Samsung DNA:

English fluency will be considered
