MISSÃO DO POSIÇÃO:


Promover uma cultura de Saúde e Segurança no trabalho e de proteção ambiental, implementando e impulsionando as políticas e requisitos locais da Cerealto, bem como garantindo a participação ativa na mudança de comportamento dos funcionários e subcontratados da Cerealto.

Implementar e impulsionar um sistema de gestão de saúde e segurança no trabalho e ambiente, alinhado com os padrões da Cerealto.

Garantir o cumprimento de todos os requisitos legais e outros que a Cerealto subscreva em matéria de saúde e segurança no trabalho e ambiente, bem como a comunicação de desempenho com a Cerealto.

Adotar e manter um programa local de Defesa Alimentar de acordo com as diretrizes e requisitos estabelecidos pela Defesa Global de Segurança Alimentar da Cerealto.


DESCRIÇÃO DE FUNÇÃO

  • Promover e implementar uma cultura de saúde e segurança no trabalho e de proteção ambiental bem como implementar políticas de HSE, garantindo a execução de um sistema de gestão de saúde e segurança no trabalho e ambiente
  • Promover uma cultura de segurança e proteção ambiental, incentivar o compromisso da gestão e o envolvimento dos trabalhadores na melhoria contínua
  • Identificar os requisitos legais, determinar como esses requisitos se aplicam e notificar os departamentos relevantes.
  • Melhorar a segurança e o desempenho ambiental da planta, fornecer as habilidades técnicas necessárias e garantir a avaliação de todas as atividades e processos do local de trabalho quanto a perigos e aspectos ambientais. Reavaliar as atividades no local de trabalho quando houver mudanças em processos, materiais e máquinas.
  • Eliminar e controlar os riscos e aspectos ambientais do local de trabalho através de controles de engenharia, design de estações de trabalho e práticas de trabalho. Propor e garantir o resultado de programas e procedimentos de C&E baseados nos padrões da Cerealto e nos requisitos legais locais.
  • Planear situações de emergência garantindo os meios necessários, criando um plano de evacuação, formando funcionários e realizando simulações de incêndio.
  • Colaborar com a Medicina Ocupacional na eliminação de lesões e doenças relacionadas ao trabalho
  • Desenvolver, gerenciar e manter atualizados documentos e registros relacionados ao sistema de gestão socioambiental.
  • Fornecer formação sobre práticas específicas de trabalho seguro antes que um funcionário comece a trabalhar e, por conseguinte, e gradualmente dar formação de processos de trabalho como forma de prevenir acidentes ou quase acidentes.
  • Fornecer um sistema de relatórios de perigos para que os funcionários relatem condições inseguras e prejudiciais à saúde
  • Assegurar a comunicação com autoridades e empreiteiros nas áreas de saúde e segurança no trabalho e proteção ambiental.
  • Coletar, organizar e comunicar indicadores de desempenho do sistema de gestão socioambiental. Registar e analisar lesões e doenças ocupacionais.
  • Assegurar a implementação do sistema de gestão HACCP indicado pelo Codex Alimentarius, assegurando a correcta identificação de perigos e análises de risco, implementação de medidas preventivas e correcta definição e gestão de pontos críticos de controlo.
  • Impulsionar a melhoria contínua no sistema de gestão de S&E
  • Garantir a verificação do cumprimento de todos os requisitos legais aplicáveis, realizar inspeções no local, identificar perigos e aspectos ambientais e tomar ações corretivas
  • Liderar as reuniões de investigação de todos os acidentes e quase acidentes para determinar as suas causas profundas, garantindo a comunicação.
  • Garantir o funcionamento da gestão de resíduos e tratamento de águas residuais.
PREFERRED TRAINING & SKILLS

  • University Degree in Environment Engineering
  • CAP level V in Safety, Health & Environment

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
2 – 4 years' experience in industrial Safety

2 – 4 years' experience in Industrial Environments and risk prevention projects

Experience in Team Management and multicultural environments in multinational companies
