Principais Funções:
- Processos de Admissão (Inserção em Sistema, Segurança Social + Fundos, Fardamento);
- Gestão da Documentação de Colaboradores;
- Elaboração de Contratos;
- Gestão e Controlo de Exames Médicos;
- Preparação de informação para Processamento Salarial (Leitura de folhas de horas, preparação de mapas auxiliares);
- Arquivo de processos individuais;
Perfil:
- 12o Ano de Escolaridade (mínimo);
- Experiência em atividades de Gestão Administrativa de RH (Gestão Contratual, Absentismo, Férias, Exames Médicos, Processamento Salarial, Obrigações Legais);
- Experiência em Utilização de ERP's, no âmbito da Gestão Administrativa de RH (Experiência em GTT, será valorizado);
- Forte Orientação para o Rigor e Elevado Nível Responsabilidade;
- Elevada capacidade de resolução de problemas e orientado(a) para soluções;
- Conhecimentos de Inglês e Espanhol (Opcional).
