Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters?

What role will you play?

  • Building, testing and maintaining standard and custom reports in Workday;
  • Supporting the HR Reporting team in optimizing and further developing interfaces between different data sources;
  • Documenting and maintaining the knowledge base around Workday based reporting;
  • Liaising with the global HR Reporting Service Line to identify gaps or future needs;
  • Collaboration with other customers to provide knowledge and respond to inquiries;
  • Documentation of activities according to the compliance framework.

We are looking for:

  • HR background would be an advantage;
  • Experience with Workday is a plus;
  • IT knowledge (e.g. programming or writing macros) would be an advantage;
  • Language: Fluency in English, written and spoken mandatory;
  • Advanced experience with MS Office (especially Excel);
  • Team spirit, customer focus, results & quality orientation;
  • Reliability, selforganization, autonomy;
  • Logical / analytical thinking skills to identify rootcauses based on system data;
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to frequent change;
  • Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service;
  • Interested in new tools and love to get involved.
