QUEM ÉS TU

  • Tens de um a dois anos de experiência em retalho e em análise de dados, desenvolvimento de métricas e projeção, baseadas nos resultados das análises;
  • Tens boa compreensão do funcionamento dos processos comerciais e financeiros;
  • Tens experiência no desenvolvimento de novas formas de trabalhar e implementação de soluções comprovadas e eficientes;
  • Tens capacidade de apresentar resultados em diferentes foruns;
  • Tens bons conhecimentos na área de informática, em especial de análise de dados (Excel e Power BI);
  • Tens muito bons conhecimentos de inglês, orais e escritos;
  • Tens capacidade para compilar, organizar, analisar e tirar conclusões relevantes de quantidades substanciais de dados;
  • Tens competências sólidas de colaboração;
  • Tens a capacidade de fazer acontecer, de forma rápida e flexível, perante a mudança;
  • Tens atenção ao detalhe e precisão.

Um dia da tua vida na ikea

  • Analisar atentamente as vendas e outros KPI e garantir que todos os relatórios necessários estão disponíveis.
  • Realizar análises de dados para identificar tendências, oportunidades, riscos potenciais e melhorar a eficiência.
  • Acompanhar os resultados (P&L) e fornecer análises e propostas relevantes para melhorar o desempenho da unidade;
  • Acompanhar o desenvolvimento dos resultados e apoia o responsável de BNO no processo de previsão;
  • Apoiar o responsável direto do BNO no processo de construção do plano de negócio financeiro na Unidade;
  • Apoiar os responsáveis diretos na construção de Business Cases, análise e cálculo adequado do ROI para quaisquer investimentos planeados.
