What you'll be doing at Webhelp
As a
Portuguese and English-Speaking Customer Advisor for a Rent-a-Car Project, you will:

  • Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
  • Attract potential customers by answering questions about rentacar reservations and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer needs.
  • Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
  • Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
  • Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.

We'll be a great match if you:


  • Have a high level of Portuguese from Portugal and English (written and oral):
  • Have excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Have the ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions
  • Are proactivity, selfmotivated and a great team player
