What you'll be doing at Webhelp
As a
German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor for Telecom Project, you will:

  • Manage customer requirements and expectations, by phone, in a calm and empathetic manner, aiming to solve their cases and issues.
  • Find and propose personalized solutions to customer's requests.
  • Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate line.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for crossselling our products and services to existing customers
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Meet and exceed retention and crossselling targets.

We'll be a great match if you:


  • Have a high level of German (written and oral):
  • Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
  • Have previous experience in Customer Service
  • For nonEU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
